Costa Rican Mahi and Crab

A beautiful filet of plump Costa Rican Mahi pan-grilled in light lemon butter and smothered in white lump crab meat is offered on the lunch menu at Pappas, served daily from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. It’s served on a bed of rice and accompanied with roasted shallot green beans.
