On Jan. 6, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman had the honor of promoting nine supervisors within the department. They were chosen for promotion based on a review of their dedicated work performance in combination with a proven desire to be leaders.

These employees will aid in managing his 500+ law enforcement deputies that serve and protect the citizens of Precinct 4.
