“We have offered this program for five years and at the conclusion each year, participants reported they were much more confident in their understanding of the school district and identified several programs they didn’t know about before participating in this program. We believe when parents are better informed, they are stronger partners with Humble ISD in creating the educational experience they want for their children,” says Jerri Monbaron, Chief Community Development Officer for Humble ISD.
The program consists of five half day sessions from October to March. Each session will begin at 9 am and conclude by 1:30 pm.
