On June 13, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 8300 block of Silver Lure Drive in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The deputy located the vehicle and discovered a male asleep in the driver’s seat and paraphernalia consistent with recent drug use within the vehicle.
The deputy attempted to detain the male who physically resisted the deputy’s attempt to investigate and damaged property belonging to Harris County. After a brief struggle the suspect was apprehended and identified as Jose Robles.
