Administaff recently surprised the principals and faculty of Lakeland and North Belt Elementary schools with a $15,000 grant for each to fulfill staff wish lists. The schools will be able to use the funds to add programs and resources to expand students' learning potential. “Words are a frail means of expressing the absolute joy, validation for what we do as teachers, and the overwhelming sense of value that we feel as a staff having received this lavish and gracious gift from Administaff,” said Sharon Lee, principal at Lakeland Elementary. “Excitement is in the air as we "rev up" for the coming field trips, additions to our classroom libraries, and much-needed teaching materials that are needed to support our ongoing professional staff development in the area of writing. We are truly humbled and awed by the gift of friendship that Administaff has extended Lakeland Elementary and plan to pay it forward in the successes of our students!” Colleen Killingsworth, principal at North Belt Elementary added, “The generosity of Administaff provides the funds to give North Belt kids those supplemental supports we would not otherwise be able to provide. Technology equipment for music and English language instruction and, a favorite for the students, recess and playground equipment and structures, will become a reality instead of a wish. Thank you, Administaff, for supporting a community of future leaders.” Administaff also donated $50,000 to the Humble ISD Education Foundation.
