The National Charity League Kings Trails Chapter honored their Class of 2015 during their Senior Presentation held at the Houston Airport Marriott Hotel in January.

The 14 high school seniors and their mothers were recognized for volunteering hundreds of hours of their time to local philanthropies during their six-year NCL experience. For their senior project, the class collected approximately 2,700 pounds of clothing and shoes which were donated to the Society of St. Stephen.

The NCL Kings Trails Chapter based in Kingwood was founded in 2004 to foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences. During the 2013-2014 year, Kings Trails’ mother-daughter members volunteered more than 4,100 hours to the chapter’s philanthropy partners.

The current philanthropies served by the chapter are: Addi's Faith Foundation, Be An Angel, Family Time Foundation, Friends of the Atascocita Library, Houston Zoo, Humble Area Assistance Ministries Humble ISD Education Foundation, Kingwood Dance Theater, Society of St. Stephen, Susan G.
