Animal Care Center of Lake Houston, 11431 FM 1960 East, Huffman, is hosting a Brisket Plate Sale Saturday, Oct. 26, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., to raise funds for the office receptionist, Liz, who was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and brain cancer.
