Stacey’s Dance Studio announces its expansion to a 20,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art renovated building that will house 10 spacious dance studios in the heart of Kingwood Town Center, 2755 W. Lake Houston Pkwy. This year marks the 30th anniversary of Stacey’s Dance Studio.
Since 1990, founder and owner Stacey Willms and her staff have trained thousands of dancers from across the community spanning two generations. She began with one single studio before her first expansion to the 16,000-square-foot studio that has housed Stacey’s Dance Studio for the last 15 years. Stacey’s Dance Studio now has over 50 employees.
“I count it a blessing and privilege to share my passion for dance and train the next generation of dancers,” said Willms. “I hope each day to bring glory to God through my studio and thank all of the wonderful families who entrust their children to me. With the added studios, SDS will now be able to offer more classes at various times in different dance genres.”
The mission of SDS is to cultivate a love of dance in students and to provide unparalleled technical training for all ages and levels in a supportive, safe environment. Stacey’s Dance Studio trains dancers ages 18 months through adult, offering tinker tots, preschool dance, ballet, pointe, modern, contemporary, lyrical, tap, jazz, hip-hop, musical theater, acro, middle and high school technique classes, stretch and conditioning, integrative dance classes, and more. The studio also offers competition dance and pre-professional training programs and is home to two National Champion Dance Companies - SDS Strutters and SDS Elite.
Stacey’s Dance Studio is currently enrolling for the spring semester that began Jan. 4.
