
- Jackson-Shaw Development has Leased Over 220,000 Total Square Feet -
Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company, announced recently that it has leased to a fifth tenant at Parc Air 59, the 320,000-square-foot, three-building urban industrial development in Humble, Texas.
Lone Star Wire Rope, Inc., a wholesale wire rope distributor, has leased 26,010 square feet in Building 2, which is approximately 80,000 square feet. This fifth lease brings the overall park occupancy to approximately 70%.
“We want to extend a special thank you to Beau Kaleel, SIOR and Allison Bergman of Cushman-Wakefield,” said Grant Pearson, vice president of development at Jackson-Shaw. “They are managing the leasing assignment for the development during these unprecedented times and we greatly appreciate their efforts.”
Currently, the remaining 98,508 available square feet within the three state-of-the-art buildings features modern, flexible industrial space, that can accommodate office, showroom, manufacturing, distribution, assembly and a variety of other industrial uses.
Thackeray Partners is the project’s equity partner, Arch-Con Corporation is the general contractor for the project, with Powers Brown as the project’s architect, Kimley-Horn as the civil engineering firm and Comerica as construction financier.
