Susan Brown How long have you been a Realtor? 18 years. Why did you become a Realtor? I’ve always had a passion for helping people achieve their goals. So, that brought me to the real estate field, since helping someone buy or sell their home is such an honor. I am able to participate in one of the biggest moments of my clients' lives. It is an incredible feeling! How long have you been in the area? I have lived in the area since 2001. Most of those years I’ve enjoyed as a resident of Walden on Lake Houston. What do you think about the market at this time, and what advice might you have for someone considering buying or selling? This market is getting stronger every day. Most listings are selling quickly. In fact, I had one listing in Kingwood that sold as I was putting the sign in the yard. Multiple offers are not just a distant memory anymore. Buyers are enjoying low interest rates. Investors are participating more aggressively as well, due to the market conditions. If anyone is considering buying or selling, now is the time. What is the most important tool you use as a Realtor? Making sure clients have what they need to make an informed decision is at the top of my list. That comes down to good communication. And with the social media world we live in, not only can I call relay information to a client via the phone but I can also email, text or Facebook message them. There is no time constraint.
