What do you think about the market at this time, and what advice might you have for someone considering buying or selling?
The market has been up and down so many times in my real estate career. Right now we seem to be in a buyers’ market, so if buyers are considering buying, now is the time. Interest rates creeped up a little, and the feds say they will continue to go up, so I would say to a buyer, don’t delay if you’re thinking of buying.
