How long have you been a Realtor?
Since 2005

Why did you become a Realtor?
I retired from a major energy company in 2005, where I was a senior HR professional. During my career I had the opportunity to experience multiple relocations both domestically and internationally. Once I retired, I realized that I still had a lot of energy and desire to continue working with people. Real estate provided me the perfect opportunity to pursue that desire, particularly in working with corporate transferees.

What is the most expensive home you have ever sold?
Approximately $985,000

How long have you been in the area?
My wife and I decided to relocate to the Humble area in 2004, due to our interest in residing in Fall Creek and the proximity to downtown Houston.

What do you think about the market at this time, and what advice might you have for someone considering to buy or sell?
I think the market continues to be strong for sellers. In terms of buyers, I encourage them to understand that the market continues to be very competitive in terms of finding suitable homes. While there are homes available, there remains limited inventory in certain areas/price points which can create multiple offer situations. For those individuals planning on selling their homes, my business partner and I continue to remind them that as long as they price their homes reasonably, there is a strong likelihood that their homes will sell in a reasonable period of time.
