Cathy Trevino, manager, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors Rick Trevino, Realtor, marketing coach, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors Q: How long have you been a Realtor? A. My husband and I have been in the Real Estate industry for 12 years. Q: What made you become a Realtor? A. When we bought our first home, our Realtor was awesome! We really enjoyed looking at property and the experience was so exciting. We wanted to be able to offer that experience to customers and help them get into their dream home. Q: What is the most expensive house you have sold? A. $475,000 Q: What is one of your strongest achievements in your career? A. Becoming a Broker and establishing our own company. Q: What do you think about the market at this time? A. I think it is still very strong. There are a lot of opportunities for agents to educate buyers and sellers and ultimately sell lots of property. Houston is a very strong city and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else selling Real Estate. There is a lot of opportunity with the Port of Houston, Medical Center and refining businesses out here. First time home buyers are at an advantage with the new tax Credit program and with interest rates at record lows, it’s a great time to be a home buyer! Q: What brought you to the Humble/Kingwood area? A. We moved here three years ago to manage the two Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors offices-one on FM 1960 East and the other on Wallisville Road. Our subdivision is between the two which makes our commute easy. The schools and amenities offered in our community were also a plus. We have enjoyed this area and find it very exciting with all the new growth.
