Jill Curran, Agent RE/MAX Associates Northeast Q: How long have you been a Realtor? A. I have been a Realtor since June 2005. Q: What made you become a Realtor? A. I love remodeling, decorating, gardening and anything else to do with a home. I have always enjoyed helping friends find a home or fix up their home. Q: What is the most expensive house you have sold? A. $570,000, It was also only on the market for one week. I had a broker tour/luncheon at the home and 40 agents toured that day. It sold the following day. Q: What is one of your strongest achievements in your career? A. Being a top producer since I started and in the RE/MAX 100 Percent Club all three years. I remember years ago hearing Jim MacIngvale “Mattress Mac” speak. He said, “Get a career you really love and you will never work a day in your life.” I love being a Realtor and also having been in the community for years has helped me a great deal. Q: What do you think about the market at this time? A. I think with low interest rates it is a great time to sell and/or buy a new home. Mortgage rates are likely to drop this year to the lowest levels we will see in our lifetime. It is a great opportunity for everyone. I think it is very important to think positive! Q: What brought you to the Humble/Kingwood area? A. I am a native Houstonian and my family came to this area in 1973. My father was in the Secret Service and needed to be close to the airport. They loved it here because of all of the trees and being near the water. My children were also raised here. We now have four generations living in Kingwood.
