Business owner keeps cool under pressure

Kingwood man cleans the community “My boss is pretty cool,” said Adrian Carrier, owner of ABC Pressure Washing. ABC specializes in exterior cleaning, wood restoration and residential, as well as commercial, pressure washing in the Kingwood area. With the low economy looming causing prices to soar, Carrier is reaching out to the community in more ways than one. Originally from Austin, Carrier began ABC Pressure Washing in Atlanta, Ga. in 2003 after leaving the corporate world, which he was a part of for 25 years. “ABC specializes in pressure washing as well as deck and fence restoration and concrete cleaning; some businesses just offer these as an extension of their business,” said Carrier. “I have recently started branching out into wood restoration.” Carrier has more than 600 accounts locally but wants to remain a small business for the community. “I plan on growing, but I don’t want to get too big,” said Carrier. “I do not want to lose touch with my customers.” Carrier also goes beyond the business to reach out to others just like him. “I am willing to train others for this business,” said Carrier. “I also believe that networking is great, and it can turn competitors into customers for me.” He emphasizes his plans to keep prices from rising and has opted to a ‘greener’ atmosphere around his home office. “I haven’t raised rates, even when my competitors have,” said Carrier. “I try to stay affordable for all my customers.” For more information about ABC Pressure Washing, call 832-922-9811 or visit www.abcpressurewashing.net.
