ATLANTA, March 30, 2021 – Lendmark Financial Services, a leading provider of household credit and consumer loan solutions, celebrated a customer milestone recently with its 200,000th customer downloading and registering for the company’s popular mobile application.

Donald Stribling

Lendmark recognized customer Donald Stribling of Texas as the 200,000th mobile app customer. The company’s Humble, Texas, branch manager, Anita Garza, awarded Stribling with a $250 gift card.  “Lendmark delivers a great user experience via its mobile app,” said Garza. “This option allows customers to access their accounts when they are out and about quickly and easily.”

Lendmark launched the mobile app in 2018 as part of the company’s modernization strategy. Today, one-third of Lendmark customers use the mobile app.

“Lendmark wants to make the household credit experience as seamless as possible for our customers, providing an unparalleled level of service in both the brick and click environments,” said Bobby Aiken, CEO of Lendmark Financial Services. “Mr. Stribling is one of the many customers we hope had a seamless Lendmark experience.”

Statista research published in September 2019 revealed finance-related apps garnered 83.2% market reach in the United States. Further, consumer time spent on finance apps increased 45% worldwide in 2020.

Lendmark provides personalized services with every interaction to customers and local business partners through its omni-channel, ‘brick & click by design’ retail approach. This is comprised of a wide-reaching retail network, with best-in-class digital and online capabilities that allow Lendmark – which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year – to be available to customers wherever they are by providing more personalized service experience.
