School board trustee candidate Dr. Lohit Datta-Barua has been out campaigning all over Humble ISD. “Walking the streets has been an eye-opener. I have definitely seen both sides of the coin. We have homes with grand courtyards as well as homes falling down around this district,” Datta-Barua said.
Rehak donates $10,000 to HAAM

Bob Rehak never imagined a project he did over 40 years ago in Chicago would have an impact on Humble-area kids today.
In the 1970s, Rehak completed a photography project in uptown Chicago, a very diverse neighborhood where more than 65 languages were spoken in the high school.
