An observant Constable Deputy while on patrol for Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed a window broken at a restaurant in the 10900 block of Will Clayton Parkway and a male suspect fleeing on foot from the location. After a brief foot chase by the Constable Deputy the suspect was detained. Constable Deputies discovered that the suspect identified as Ryan O’Connor had just broken into the business minutes prior to the deputies' patrol by the location. All property stolen during the burglary was recovered and returned to the owner. Constable Investigators determined O'Conner was
the same suspect that had broken into the business the night before and started a fire in an attempt to gain access to an ATM machine. Harris County Arson Investigators are currently working with Constables to file arson charges on O’Connor.
