Patrons are invited to bring their cameras for festive photos as they shop for holiday pumpkins in the LHUMC Pumpkin Patch.
Lake Houston United Methodist Church in Huffman will be hosting a day full of fun and entertainment at its annual Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. This is a family event with lots to do for both children and adults. There will be pony rides, a rock wall, inflatables, pumpkin painting, face painting, lots of vendor booths inside and outside, a silent auction, a bake sale, a DJ, barbecue, kettle corn, snow cones and more. The festival will take place among LHUMC’s very large Pumpkin Patch filled with more than 1,600 pumpkins. Patrons are invited to bring their cameras for festive photos as they shop for holiday pumpkins. Admission is free and most activities are free as well. The Pumpkin Patch is open daily throughout the month of October (Monday-Friday, 3 p.m.-dusk/7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.-dusk/7 p.m.; Sunday noon-dusk/7 p.m.).
