Gerald Osbey

Details: On February 18, 2017 at approximately 1404 hours, Deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit conducted a traffic stop on a blue Chevrolet passenger car for a traffic violation in the 18200 block of Timber Forest Drive. Deputies made contact with the driver, Joseph Lonon, 23, and the passenger, Gerald Osbey, 28. During the field investigation deputies revealed that Lonon had an outstanding felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance and he was subsequently placed under arrest. During an inventory of the vehicle deputies found approximately 71 grams of XANAX pills and approximately 164 grams of hydrocodone pills in the center console.

 “After placing both Osbey and Lonon under arrest for possession of a controlled substance, a search of their persons was completed revealing their possession of a large sum of money also suspected to be derived from the sale of illegal narcotics. Osbey and Lonon were transported and booked into the Harris County Jail on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.” – Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman
