DEFENDANT:   Lee, Kenneth Carl / Age 40 / Houston, TX / County Court 003 / Bond $5,000

 

Details: On August 11th, 2016 at approximately 1:07 am Cpl. R. Wolsey with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1000 block of N Beltway 8 W. Upon the vehicle stopping, Cpl. Wolsey observed the driver/defendant, Kenneth Carl Lee, throwing items out of his vehicle. Further investigation by Cpl. Wolsey revealed that Lee had thrown 2 plastic baggies containing 0.19 ounces of Marijuana out of his car. Lee was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 11th, 2016, at approximately 2:49 pm Deputy M. Gomez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 19500 block of the North Freeway in reference to a theft. Upon Deputy Gomez’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, Jasmine Regina Jones, had selected and concealed merchandise, and then walked past all points of sale without paying for the merchandise. Jones was arrested, charged with Theft with previous Convictions, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 12th, 2016, at approximately 11:14 pm Cpl. R. Wolsey with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 16000 block of SH 249. Upon Cpl. Wolsey making contact with the driver/defendant, Brandon Lewis Puente, Cpl. Wolsey could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Puente’s breath. Further investigation by Cpl. Wolsey revealed that Puente was intoxicated. Puente was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Previous Conviction, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 12th, 2016 at approximately 10:54 pm Deputy J. Iniguez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 200 block of the N. Sam Houston PW E. Upon Deputy Iniguez making contact with the driver/defendant, Deputy Iniguez could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Segovia’s breath. Further investigation by Deputy Iniguez revealed that Segovia was intoxicated. Segovia was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Previous Convictions, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

DEFENDANT:   Harkins, Jeremiah Deante / Age 27 / Houston, TX / County Court 005 / Bond $ 1,500  

                      

Details: On August 13th, 2016, at approximately 2:23 am Deputy S. Howard with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 2300 block of W FM 1960 in reference to an accident. Upon Deputy Howard’s arrival, witness reported that while stopped for the red light, the defendant Jeremiah Deante Harkins, had struck their vehicles. While speaking with Harkins, Deputy Howard could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Harkins’ breath. Further investigation by Deputy Howard revealed that Harkins was intoxicated. When Deputy Howard attempted to arrest Harkins, Harkins fled from Deputy Howard on foot. After a short foot pursuit, Harkins was taken into custody. Harkins was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Evading Arrest on Foot, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 15th, 2016 at approximately 6:51 pm Deputy A. Olvera with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 500 block of N. Greenprint Circle to a suspicious person call. Upon Deputy Olvera’s arrival, she observed several males in the roadway. While conducting her investigation, Deputy Olvera discovered that the defendant, Tramond Demarquise Smith was in possession of a firearm. Smith was arrested, charged with Unlawful Carrying of Weapon, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 15th, 2016 at approximately 9:41 pm Deputy J. King with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 13800 block of Ella Blvd. in reference to a disturbance. Upon Deputy King’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, Brandon Williams, had become upset at her and had damaged her property. Further investigation by Deputy King revealed that Williams had damaged a several televisions and a lamp. Williams was arrested, charged with Criminal Mischief, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 15th, 2016 at approximately 11:15 pm Deputy K. Walker with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 19700 block of Holzwarth Road in reference to a disturbance. Upon Deputy Walker’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, Sheldon Lionel Hicks, had entered the business and refused to leave. The complainant also reported that Hicks had been warned several times in the past not to return to the business. Hicks was arrested, charged with Criminal Trespass, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 17th, 2016 at approximately 1:26 am Deputy S. Carrillo with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 7300 block of the N. Beltway 8 W. in reference to a major accident. Upon Deputy Carrillo’s arrival, he spoke with the defendant, Cesia Yoneli Cardona who was the operator of the vehicle. While speaking with Cardona, Deputy Carrillo could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from her breath. Further investigation by Deputy Carrillo revealed that Cardona was intoxicated and that she had a child passenger in her vehicle under the age of 15. Cardona was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger Under 15, and booked into the Harris County Jail.
