On December 18, 2017, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to the 6100 block of Kingwood Glen Drive in reference to a suspicious person. Constable Deputies quickly located a suspect identified as Zakry Dzvonik walking down the street carrying property.
An additional suspect, identified as Stevens Lemons was also located driving in the neighborhood with property in his possession. Constable Deputies located several unlocked vehicles that had been burglarized and determined the property in the suspect’s possession to be stolen. The vehicle owners were notified and all stolen property was returned. In addition both suspects were found to be in possession of cocaine.
 
“Zakry Dzvonick and Steven Lemons were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Possession of a controlled substance. Dzvonick’s received a $9000 bond for the vehicle burglaries and No Bond for the controlled substance possession. Lemon received a total bond of $12,000 on all charges. All cases are set out of County Court 3 and the 182 nd Criminal District Court.” -Constable Mark Herman
