The holidays can be difficult when one has experienced the loss of a loved one. To provide comfort, encouragement and support, TriCare Hospice is sponsoring a unique  holiday event called Hope Forest. It begins by challenging the local community to participate in a fun miniature tree-decorating contest. Participants can decorate and donate their unique version of a miniature artificial 1 to 2-foot holiday tree. Trees can be donated starting Nov. 30 through Dec. 5. TriCare is hosting an Open House on Dec. 1 from 4-6 p.m. to view donated trees. The miniature trees will then be gifted to the bereaved community during a special holiday program hosted by TriCare on Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. Each tree will have the potential of becoming someone’s legacy tree. Hope Forest can bring comfort to the bereaved and help make the holidays special for the bereft. Please consider helping us grow Hope Forest. Your miniature tree will be a blessing!
