It's time again for the St. Martha Festival and Fall Market, with "Finding Mercy," the theme for the scavenger hunt. All are invited to bring family, friends and neighbors to have some fun and support the community.

The festival will be Saturday, Oct. 8, from noon-8 p.m. at the new campus, 4301 Woodridge Parkway, in Porter.

There will be lots of fun, food, games and entertainment, along with music, dancing, Bible games, inflatables, face painting and a balloon clown for the kids.

Many food vendors will be there to offer up delicious ethnic cuisine: The Knights of Columbus, barbecue, funnel cakes, kielbasa sausage, tacos, nachos, Polish food and desserts.

There will be music in honor of Pastor Msgr. Chester Borski; also a beer garden showing college football, fall market vendors for "early Christmas shopping" and live and silent auctions.
