Massage parlor prostitution and bribery arrests made

Recently, the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office Regulatory Enforcement Unit (REU) and the Harris County Sheriff’s Department Vice Unit conducted a joint operation targeting an unlicensed massage establishment in northeast Harris county.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Department vice Unit filed 2 counts of Prostitution on one of the females at the illicit business. The Regulatory Enforcement Unit arrested the manager for allegedly Operating an Unlicensed Massage Parlor. During an interview with Defendant Lan Phan, she allegedly offered to give the investigators cash money to release her from custody. An additional Felony charge of Bribery was filed against her.
During the inspection a total of $2,454.00 cash was seized after the investigation revealed the currency was proceeds from illegal activities.
Charge: Prostitution – (2 Misdemeanor Counts)
Bond: $5000.00 each
Charge: Bribery – (2nd Degree Felony)
Bond: $10000.00

Charge: Operating an Unlicensed Massage Parlor (Class B Misdemeanor)
